Latest addition to the website: Hastings Westhill ABC celebrates it's 70th anniversary

The West Hill boxing club has long been established as one of the finest boxing clubs in the UK, having produced an array of highly accomplished boxers, many of who, progressed to exhibit their outstanding talent on an International stage.

Not everyone who learns to box will become a champion, as such the club is committed to ensuring that all who enter the gym, aspire to better themselves physically, mentally and morally. Literally thousands of individuals have benefited from the positive influence of learning to box at the West Hill Youth Club.

Boxing is taught in a fun, relaxed yet disciplined environment by Head Trainer Dave Bishop, Paul Martin, Ian Bourner and Gary White, all of whom were former boxers at the West Hill. Each has now dedicated time to pass on their knowledge first hand to the youth of Hastings and the surrounding areas.

Due to the massive popularity of the club, potential new Members must join a waiting list. Contact Dave if you wish to be added to the list. Potential Members must be a minimum of 10 years of age.

Beginners: Wednesday 7:00-8:30 p.m.

Advanced: Monday & Thursday 7:00-9:00 p.m.

Fees: Annual subscription £10:00

17 and under £1:50 / 18+ £2:50

Parents are requested to remove themselves from the premises during training and allow the experienced coaches to work their magic unhindered. Boxers Must abide by the "Club Rules".
